Kindred Hospice provides special healthcare that allows people with life-limiting illnesses to live out their days as fully and comfortably as possible wherever they call home. Volunteer work is flexible and based on your availability. Especially during these summer months, our patients and families are grateful for as much time as you can give!

Description
What is hospice? Hospice is a specialized form of home healthcare for patients with life-limiting illnesses that allows them to live out their days as fully and as comfortably as possible.
The hospice team: Care is provided by a team of skilled, compassionate people, including nurses, hospice physicians, medical social workers, hospice aides, spiritual care coordinators, and volunteers - very special people who dedicate their time to a truly noble cause.
We believe that every moment matters. We believe in compassionate care. Most of all, we believe in dignity and respect for each patient we serve. As a hospice volunteer, you can help ensure that every moment really does matter.
