POSITION TITLE: File Room Volunteer
SUPPORTS: Finance/Administration
POSITION SUMMARY: The File Room Volunteer will be assisting with file conversions (physical to electronic). This opportunity is available in our Downtown Orlando Home Office unit.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Scanning documents on the large scanner. and naming them on the computer. Checking to make sure they weren’t already scanned.
HOURS: Need to be in general available 1 or 2, 3-4 hour shifts per week, but flexible when you need time off. The hours available to work are Monday-Friday, from 8am-4:30pm. You can pick your actual hours.
CORE SKILLS: Detail oriented, and enjoy doing a similar task over and over. Good trouble shooter with office machines. General knowledge of basic computer skills.
