ORGANIZATION: Project CURE

We need a person who would be willing to commit 4 hours per week (not Fridays) at our International Headquarters for Project C.U.R.E. We send medical supplies overseas to Developing countries.

Time commitment: 4 hours a week (not Fridays)

Skill Requirements: MS Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint), PC hardware, Windows 7 installation, software installation.

Nice to have skills: MS SharePoint, MS Dynamics CRM.

You will be working with our IT Manager on multiple projects including:

- installing new operating systems and installing PCs for user workstations

- removal of data from existing PCs so that these can be shipped in medical supplies and equipment containers

- duplicate detection in MS Dynamics CRM

- MS Excel Reports and data analytics (including macros)

- Research into IT systems to increase productivity

Ideal Applicant will be:
- detail oriented;
- comfortable with reports and data management;
- able to communicate clearly and effectively

- able to adjust quickly to changing work priorities
- able to learn new tools

Since 1987, Project C.U.R.E. has provided millions of dollars of donated medical supplies and equipment to sick and dying people living in more than 138 developing countries. Project C.U.R.E. serves as a liaison between we who have so much and those who have too little. With its International Headquarters located in Centennial, Colorado, Project C.U.R.E. has major operations in Denver, Chicago, Houston, Kansas City, Nashville, Mid-Atlantic (Philadelphia) and Phoenix. Project C.U.R.E. ships millions of dollars in lifesaving medical supplies, sending an average of two to three semi-truck sized cargo containers each week to nearly every continent on the globe.
