Stampede Scleroderma is a fun filled, family centered event for those looking to start their day off with either a one mile walk or run through Huntington Woods and a 5K run through Huntington Woods, and then our guests have a 30 minute interactive program inside the Detroit Zoo before they are able to spend the entire day with their family and friends, all while supporting the three-fold mission of Scleroderma Foundation Michigan Chapter.

Volunteers will assist with the set up process, registration table, team photo area, support for the walk and run routes, the scleroderma store table and information areas.

Volunteers will receive a special volunteer t-shirt and will gain access to the zoo for the entire day once your role as a volunteer is completed.

Volunteer with your family and friends for a few hours and then spend the day with them at no cost! What a bargain and a wonderful way to give back to the community. Volunteers must be over the age of 15 years.

You can go directly to this link to sign up as a volunteer http://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0c4ca5ab2eabfa7-stampede3

View all of the volunteer positions and sign up quickly and with ease with the above link. No need to wait, one step! For schools, businesses and those with larger group needs you can easily determine the best location for your group.

The sooner groups sign up, the sooner we can obtain t-shirt sizes and arrange for any specific needs. Only volunteers are able to have access to the Detroit Zoo and not additional family members.
