Help keep our roadside clean and prevent trash from running off into the White River, before it flows into Beaver Lake by coming out for the BWA Adopt-a-Highway Cleanup on Highway 412! Check-in will be at 10:00 am at the Valero gas station at 17410 E Highway 412 in Springdale, AR. This program is held in conjunction with the Arkansas Highway Transportation Department Adopt-a-Highway program. Cleanup supplies and refreshments will be provided for volunteers. Description
The Beaver Watershed Alliance was formed in 2011 to establish programming to maintain high quality drinking water in Beaver Lake and improve water quality on the Beaver Lake Watershed. The Alliance represents a diverse stakeholder group from conservation, education, water utilities, technical and science, business, agriculture, recreation, and local government groups working together for the cause of clean water.
