The Dignity Pantry provides personal and household items to residents bi-weekly. Coordinators are needed to prepare items and to staff the Dignity Pantry hours on bi-weekly Mondays from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. - hours may reduced to a morning shift and an afternoon shift. This is a nice opportunity to work one-on-one with residents supporting them on a regular basis.

St. Michael's Veterans Center offers permanent housing and social services to veterans who seek support to transition into productive and healthy civilian life.
Description
St. Michael's Veterans Center, adjacent to the Kansas City VA Medical Center, includes 117 one- and two-bedroom apartment units, a service center, multiple gathering spaces and a planned coffee shop. Currently, services are offered to campus residents, but it is envisioned that services will expand to benefit veterans living in the Kansas City community.
