Looking to give back to your com munity and the lands you love?
Want to meet like-minded people and explore Colorado's great outdoors?
Attend our Info Session for new volunteers and potential volunteer leaders on Jan. 31! Whether you are brand-new to VOC and want to learn more about volunteering, or an existing volunteer interested in deepening your involvement as a Crew Leader, Crew Chef or Tool Manager, our 2018 Info Session will answer all your questions and allow you to mingle with VOC staff and volunteers. Dinner will be provided.

VOC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to motivating and enabling people to become active stewards of Colorado's natural resources. We host nearly 100 outdoor volunteer projects across the state each year for people of all ages and abilities: from easy half-day planting projects to overnight trail-building trips on Colorado's tallest peaks, anyone can find their place in caring for Colorado with VOC.
What's a volunteer leader?
The success of our projects depends on trained volunteers to assist in project planning and execution. These roles include Crew Leaders, who lead small crews of volunteers in stewardship work on the ground; Crew Chefs, who plan and provide meals for volunteers during projects; and Tool Managers, who organize and transport tools and equipment. You do not have to be an existing volunteer to pursue volunteer leadership, though it is recommended.
