Hi! Thank you for your inquiry about volunteering with the ReStore! We would love to have your help at the Glen Burnie location. As you probably know, the ReStore could not function without volunteer help. Volunteer duties in the stores vary from helping loading/unloading donated merchandise to and from the showroom floor, customer service, cleaning, pricing and processing merchandise. Volunteer shifts are flexible, but typically run Mon-Sun 10am-2pm, 1pm-5pm, or a full day 10am-5pm. If that sounds good, please complete the online application at the link below. Habitat for Humanity of the Chesapeake ReStore is a discount home improvement store that sells a variety of donated furniture, appliances and building materials at a fraction of the retail value to the general public. ALL proceeds and profits support Habitat for Humanity's homeownership programs to make homeownership dreams a reality for Maryland families. We rely on Volunteer support to continue helping our Maryland families.
