Join the Planning Committee for "One Fine Day." "One Fine Day" is Volunteers In Medicine's signature fundraiser. It is held annually in April at The Club at Autzen Stadium. Guests are greeted with champagne cocktails and served a wonderful lunch catered by Marche'. They also have an opportunity to bid on designer and casual handbags, accessories, gallery and travel items as well as fabulous themed baskets. Oral auction packages are also up for bid.
Planning for "One Fine Day" starts in September and meets once a month on the third Wednesday at 10 a.m. thru the "One Fine Day" event on April 19, 2017. We are looking for people who are entusiastic about planning events, like to have fun and who wish to contribute by soliciting auction items and gift baskets, as well as be involved with making the event a classy success. Availability to help with set up and tear down is also preferred.

Description
Volunteers In Medicine provides FREE healthcare to adults (18 years or older) in Lane County who are designated in the 85% to 300% of the federal poverty level, who are uninsured or underinsured and are unable to afford insurance, insured with high deductibles fo $2,500 and above and patients who do not qualify for any state funded heatlh care.
