In every community, boys and girls are left to find their own recreation and companionship in the streets. An increasing number of children are at home with no adult care or supervision. Young people need to know that someone cares about them.
Boys & Girls Clubs offer that and more. Club programs and services promote and enhance the development of boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence. You can be apart of this by giving a little time out of your week!
Be a role model to a child in need by doing activities with them that you already enjoy doing. Positions of interst include:
- Education/Tutoring
- Teen Programs
- Arts/Crafts
- Sports/Fitness
- Technolgy/Computers
- Music/Performing Arts
- Game Room
- Administrative/Events
Volunteers are needed Monday-Friday 2:30pm-6:30pm. For Summer, Winter, and Spring Break: Monday-Friday 7:30 am-5:30 pm
