We need compassionate and committed college students to mentor high school students at a Denver Public School! This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in teens lives! You will work with up to 4 high school students, leading activities and discussions about compassion, empathy, healthy relationships, and positive life choices. You will meet with students 2 times per week for a total of 3 hours/week.
This program runs Tuesdays from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and Thursdays from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
Volunteers must:
- Commit to the designated meeting times
- Be a currently enrolled college student
- Have a passion for youth
- Demonstrate compassion and empathy
Volunteers receive:
- Service hours!
- The opportunity to positively impact teens lives
- Great experience to add to your resume
- $500 stipend
