Brookdale Senior Living Hospice is seeking volunteers who would like to spend one hour a week with a resident of their choice who is facing end of life. Many of these individiuals have no visitors at all. They are simply looking for someone to talk with them, take them to the acitivities within the community (building) like the ice cream socials, music time, etc. The ladies love to have their nails painted. Mostly, they just want to talk, share their stories.
We do require background check and fingerprinting but I will make it as easy as possible for you and of course we pay for everything.
Do you have an hour a week to visit with someone who is lonely?
We have locations in Englewood and Centenial Park.
