Bellevue LifeSpring’s Holiday Adopt-A-Family(tm) program provides food and gifts to children and their families in need in the Bellevue community. All our families have been matched with local sponsors who do the shopping - but we need your help to deliver gifts in time for the holiday!
How: Meet at our distribution center at First United Methodist Church in Bellevue to pick up your deliveries, then fill your sleigh and deliver to appreciative families. SUVs, trucks or mini-vans preferred - some families receive bikes from their sponsors. You can sign up with a partner, or we can pair you with someone to help. To protect the confidentiality of the children we serve, we ask that children and teen volunteers not be students in the Bellevue School District.

Why: Over 3,700 children in Bellevue are living in poverty. This program was developed to help ease the burden of the holiday season for some of these families by providing toys and gifts along with grocery store gift cards to help make the holiday season a time of hope.
