BREC’s Bluebonnet Swamp Nature Center will be celebrating its 20 th birthday in 2017, so there are plenty of service days to help prepare for the big celebration! Volunteers are needed to help with trail maintenance by clearing invasive plant species, which will then be used as craft materials for the birthday bash in May. Volunteers should bring work gloves and tools if they have them, and dress for the weather (long pants and close-toed shoes are required). BREC will be provide bottled water and snacks.
