Our Vegas Cares About Rare Kids 5K Run / 1M Walk is scheduled for Saturday, February 25, 2017, in at Kellogg Zaher Park in Las Vegas. This event is scheduled to commemorate the celebration of World Rare Disease Day, which takes place on the last day in February each year.

We need volunteers to assist with registration, cheering and directing runners along the route, water stations, and at the finish line. Click on the link below to sign up!
All volunteers will receive a Vegas Cares About Rare 5k Volunteer shirt and our Volunteer Check-in area has water and snacks for all volunteers. We can also give documentation of volunteer hours, upon request.

Mission Statement
The Little Miss Hannah Foundations’s mission is to help enhance the quality of life for young children diagnosed with life-limiting rare diseases, undiagnosed complex medical needs, and children who have been placed in hospice or palliative care. The foundation also gives parents the necessary tools and financial assistance to empower them to meet their child’s unique medical and lifestyle needs, as well as provide support resources and special attention for their other children. LMFH will host workshops on medical record management, media awareness opportunities, using social media to reach out for support, and finding the right information about your child’s condition.
