We are a small not-for-profit in Land O Lakes, providing housing to children in our care. Our home is a "Handyman Special" and from time to time needs a repair. Currently, we have a leaking pipe that is beyond our layman's ability (old metal t-connector is leaking at entry point into the house, where it immediately goes into the water heater!)
The leak is not gushing, but from rust stains on the exterior wall, it's clear that it has existed for some weeks (months?). I'd like to get it resolved as I fear it will only get worse, and am certain it will not get better!
