Coral Tree Education

Coral Tree Education is a unique foundation which builds schools and dormitories and support for young Khmer women in Cambodian villages where most girls never get a chance to go to High School.

This position will be responsible for calendar management, travel bookings, all contact database entries (prospect/donors/media/supporters) and expenses tracking for the board and staff, as well as social function planning and vendor supervision. Will assist and report to ED. May lead to paid position as funding increases.

Skills needed: strong organizational and administrative skills, including planning and scheduling; event planning experience desirable.

Expected time commitment: 5-10 hours a week, peaking two weeks before each planned event.

Silicon Valley based, within reasonable distance of Campbell.
