Through the years, IWJ has presented concerts, networking events, seminars, workshops and jam sessions. One of the recurring events has been IWJ monthly "First Mondays" where members share music with one another, and newcomers can be introduced to IWJ. Another is the monthly jam session which gives the musicians an opportunity to play with a rhythm section and share their talent with others. This event has been open to the community.
