We have a brand new office providing mentoring and counseling to community at-risk children and thier families. We're in the process of fast and amazing growth and need one or more with the following qualities to help us develop processes as we grow.

This role is for you if you are:

  • EXCEPTIONALLY ORGANIZED. If you have this skill, you will reign supreme here, especially if you've had experience in a medical office. Much of our records still must be kept and managed in files, however, ultimately, we would like to be as paperless as possible, so you must be open to digital organization as well.
  • POSITIVE & SOLUTION ORIENTED. We're a happy and determined bunch, and need those who aren't afraid of challenge. We want those around us who are energized by accomplishing (and exceeding goals) all with a skip in their step.
  • DEPENDABLE. Our families need us to be dependable, and we will need to be able to depend on you.
  • PROACTIVE. We're growing, so we're spread thinly, so we need volunteers who will own their projects, and are comfortable asking for help and taking initiative if they see a need.
  • COMPUTER SAVVY. We can use anything from administrative, to graphic design, to website management, to databse management and more!
  • INTERESTED IN MAKING A DIFFERENCE. We also need great mentors and tutors, so there's that opportunity too, if it's something you might be interested in...

Bottom line, is we just need volunteers who can help take care of us while we take care of our community's children and families.
