Interlock Media, Inc. is an activist film company of passionate people dedicated to creating what they love: quality content. In an ambitious work environment, Interlock creates environmental and human rights documentaries and dramatic media works. We emphasize devotion to creative growth and the fostering of professional relationships with the welcoming staff, clients, and industry leaders.
Seeking an Assistant Creative Director to provide visual and organizational direction for the team’s exciting historical films and website. Responsibilities will also include graphic design work, interacting with clients and donors, and organizing staff responsibilities. Will work in direct collaboration with the Director and staff. Applicants should have training or experience in overseeing project management, Adobe Software, and project management tools, such as Basecamp.
Hours: Minimum 25 hours/week requirement. Full-time preferred position for 3 or 4 months.
Compensation: None.
Location: Working on site is preferred at our East Cambridge, MA office, with convenient access to public transportation. Off-site work will be considered if remote telecommunication is efficient.

Description
Interns participate in all aspects of film and media production, including: research writing coordination of crews participation in shoots participation in film editing scriptwriting production of print materials any task that may arise
Salary: None Qualifications:
Interns must have strong communication skills, a desire to learn, and a pro-active attitude. The following skills and experience are preferred, but not required: superior writings skills technical ability computer skills (mac platform) experience with camera, lighting, or other gear.
