CTA is seeking an energetic professional to serve on our Board with a focus on overseeing the management of CTA's financial policies.
Board members are expected to attend a bimonthly board meeting making strategiec decisions about the long term health/vision of the organization. Additional time may be spent each month assisting with various duties (examples: networking, research, events, committee meetings, etc). We're especially looking for a person with skills/knowledge in areas of Contracts or Business Development.

Description
Community Technology Alliance (CTA) was founded in 1991 to design and construct the technical infrastructure necessary to support the work to end homelessness in Santa Clara County. CTA has since evolved into a nonprofit focusing on ways for databases and other tools to communicate and exchange data, and on ways to integrate and centrally store data for reporting and data visualization purposes.
How CTA helps communities use technology to addresses homelessness and poverty:
Coordinated Entry: instantly communicate across multiple agencies. Access various databases and exchange critical data.
Mobile App: collect data on the go and instantly integrate it to your database.
Human Services Design: create a customized system that meets your data collection and reporting needs while also ensuring regulatory compliance.
Data Analytics/Reporting: graphic visualization of data lets you quickly see overall trends and measure the effectiveness of your programs.
