If you like to help organize people and help ensure that their skills are being used in the best way possible we have an opportunity for you. Our goal is for each of our volunteers to be put into postions that best use their talents and passions. If you are interested in this below is a list of things that would be true of you.

Intro

We are looking for a person to dedicate about 10 hours per week to organize our volunteers. This will include conducting an interview with each one to understand their gifts and passions. Annalizing how those gifts and passions match with the opportunities at Liebenzell. Facilitate a meeting between the opportunity manager and the potential volunteer.

Evaluate

After the volunteer has their first experience engaging in the opportunity, make contact and discuss with them the joys and struggles involved in their time of service. Touch base on a regular basis with each volunteer from that point forward.

Affect Change

After spending time evaluating, bring those findings to the oranization and present your findings and be able to speak to solutions to the problems and the enhancement of the victories.

Celebrate Accomplishments

Organize a time of reconition of volunteers.
