Interested in helping a high school student reach their dreams of going to college? Join Let's Get Ready's Adult Mentoring Program!

Let's Get Ready's adult mentors work one-on-one with their mentees, current high shcool seniors who are in the midst of completing their college applications. All mentees in Let's Get Ready's Adult Mentoring Program have recently completed LGR's College Access Program, including free SAT prep and college choice curriculum. Your mentees are now in various stages of their college application process. As a mentor, you have the chance to support your mentee as they navigate the sometimes confusing world of college applications/admissions, financial aid literacy, and opportunity program and scholarship searches. Mentors typically support their mentees through both regular in-person meetings and ongoing virtual contacts (text, phone calls, email, etc.). Mentors and mentees meet on their own time.
Matching has closed for the 2016 school year, but interested volunteers can contact us now to be involved in the 2017 school year program, starting September of 2017. Please contact Katie Bonner (kbonner@letsgetready.org) at Let's Get Ready for more information on how to get involved.
