PCCI is seeking a dynamic, reliable Front Office Volunteer for their Atlanta office.

About

DESCRIPTION:

  • The Front Office volunteer is primarily responsible for answering telephones and greeting guests and clients who visit and call our main office in Atlanta, Georgia. The hours for this position are flexible, but typically occur between the hours of 9AM and 5PM, Monday to Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answers phone calls using proper procedure
  • Provide information and referrals as necessary
  • Greet incoming clients and guests

Description

Since 1999, Project Community Connections, Inc. (PCCI) has been assisting individuals and families experiencing homelessness to reestablish themselves in communities and find a place to call home. In close collaboration with numerous human services providers and a wide range of property representatives, PCCI has re-housed thousands of men, women and children into permanent housing settings that meet their particular needs for location, price, and accessibility.
