Experienced and committed digital photographer for capturing images at our events and programs, mostly during the weekends:

  • Cane Boil & FiddleFest: https://www.facebook.com/events/539597402885591/

  • And if possible at some of the events related to the 352walls: http://www.cityofgainesville.org/Newsroom/tabid/805/PostID/1005/Default.aspx - to be determined upon the need.

  • If possible, we would like to continue our agreement for the spring events and programs during 2017.

    This photographer will create visual images for general and documentary purposes, working in different locations and in different circumstances to get the right image, using his/her own equipment. A planning and orientation meeting will take place before each event. All events take place in Gainesville, both outdoor and indoor. All artwork produced belongs to City of Gainesville Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs Department. A photo release form will be required. This photographer may use images for portfolio/self-promotion purposes.

Description

The Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs Department manages over 3,200 acres of parkland with numerous cultural, recreational, and natural areas and facilities. In October of 2013, the Department became one of 119 agencies in the country to be fully accredited by the Commission for Accreditation of Park and Recreation Agencies
