Join us for Ghost Tours!
We are looking for volunteer to help with:
-Parking
-Admissions
-Concessions
-Storytellers
-Lantern Guides (these volunteers take our visitor from one story teller to the next)
-Haunts (Dark figures who hide in the shadows around our property.)
Ghost Tours will run from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. each night.
All volunteers must check-in by 6:00 p.m., be in full costume and make-up, and in place no later than 6:30 p.m. Be prepared to remain on site past 10:00 p.m as the last tour departs during this time.
Clean-Up will begin promptly as the last guests leave.

There are always opportunities for volunteers to help out at the Sam Davis Home! From helping answer phones, helping school groups to dressing up in antebellum clothing at a large event - we have something for everyone! If you are interested in volunteering for any of our events or if you would like to be added to our volunteer list to receive phone calls or emails whenever a volunteer opportunity is available, please email education@samdavishome.org or call (615) 459-2341.
