Arizona Ready for College and Career is recruiting for a part time Americorps position to mentor Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Phoenix teen members as they prepare for on-time high school graduation and college enrollment.
- Work hours: After-school Mon - Fri with some schedule flexibility
- Some local driving required.
This is an Americorps position with a paid stipend and educational award.
Qualifications:
- 20 years or older
- US citizen or legal resident (Americorps requirement)
- Clean driving record & reliable transportation
- College experience - degree preferred

Description
The Boys and Girls Clubs of the Valley (BGCAZ) provides premier out-of-school-time programs for youth to develop their skills and resilience to successfully navigate childhood, and prepare for adulthood. We offer affordable after-school and summer programs for 16,000 young people in grades K-12. At 31 clubs across Maricopa County, areas of Pinal County, and Yuma, BGCAZ provides award-winning programs designed to change the lives of young people in four key areas: Academic Success, Character & Leadership Development, Healthy Living, and career readiness.
