Community Food Share needs your help! Boulder and Broomfield Counties’ food bank is seeking front desk volunteers to help out 1-2 hours a week for 1-2 days a week, Mondays-Fridays during business hours. A 6 month minimum commitment is required. Volunteers will greet guests, clients and other volunteers. Volunteers have the option just to greet, or help with additional administrative work as needed. Mission Statement
Community Food Share's mission is to eliminate hunger in Boulder and Broomfield Counties through engagement, collaboration, and leadership. Community Food Share distributes over 10.5-12 million pounds of food a year -- enough for 25,000 meals a day. In addition to its onsite and mobile pantries, Community Food Share partners with more than 40 local non-profit organizations to distribute groceries and meals.

Nearly 80% of the food that Community Food Share provides is fresh produce, dairy, or high-protein, because the organization is committed to meeting the nutritional needs of the families, individuals, and seniors it serves.
