Calling all Caring Hearts of the Quakertown Area, WE NEED YOU!!!
Caring Hospice Visiting Volunteers act as friendly visitors that may chat with patients, watch TV together, have lunch, or simply hold hands. Many patients enjoy being read to from newspapers, magazines, novel, or the Bible. Or they may enjoy going outside or participating in an activity.
Or share your talents or hobbies with them! Things like singing, music, massage, and crafts, are great ways to connect with someone and brighten their day!
Volunteers often have the opportunity to help family and friends of the patient and may provide emotional support for them as well.
Hospice volunteering is flexible and so rewarding! We need your support throughout our service area. (Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, & Philadelphia Counties)
