North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset is looking for caring adults, 18 years plus, to join our MealTime Mate Feeding Program. MealTime Mate Volunteers are specially trained to provide assistance and companionship to those patients who need help with their meals. Breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts are available 7 days a week.

The Volunteer Office of North Shore University Hospital assists in the delivery of comprehensive health care to the community by obtaining and retaining an adequate number of competent and satisfied volunteers in order to augment the services of the hospital’s personnel. Our volunteers serve patients, families, visitors and staff.
