Small non-denominational church in Rahway, New Jersey is seeking an attorney with nonprofit/religious organization experience to answer a couple of questions relative to some projects that our ministry has recently developed - particularly the development of a school and after-school programming.
We don't think it will take up too much time at all and are happy to work with the attorney through phone and/or email contact at the attorney's convenience.

The mission of MJHS is to aid in the provision of quality education and sound character building programs for young people.
Description
Friends of MJHS ("Friends") is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation organized for the purpose of generating contributions, pledges and funds for the development and ongoing support of Citadel Academy Prep School (CAPS), a school that will provide students in grades 6-8 with a high quality Christian education through a well balanced, yet challenging curriculum that ministers to the spirit, soul and body.
Friends will also provide funds, management and ongoing support of The SoulDeevas Performing Arts Company, a character building sports and arts program that will serve all youth regardless of their religious affiliation. The SoulDeevas will include programs that provide activities, resources and support during critical out-of-school time hours in a safe, nurturing environment that works from a strengths-based, youth development perspective.
