We have opportunities available on various committees. Some of them only require committment on the day of the event - November 19th, and others are ongoing leading up to the event date.

Event Production/Games: Members of this committee will either be assigned to a game station or help with event needs such as drink station or passing out snacks. Onsite Registration: This committee will help participants to sign in and find their events. Luncheon: This committee will coordinate luncheon events. This includes setting up for lunch, helping speakers, or other needs related to the lunch. Alcohol will be served at the luncheon, so volunteers for this committee must be at least 21 years old. Non-Profit Ambassadors: Members of this committee are assigned to one of the nonprofits that will be participating in the field day to help enhance their experience leading up to and during the event. We will have some information sessions before the charity field day that we would like the ambassadors to attend. Decorations: This committee will design, put up, and take down decorations. This will include putting up some of the decorations on the night before the event.
