Net Impact Board Fellows Program: Seeking Nonprofits and Fellows
The fall matching period for Net Impact Boston's Board Fellows program has begun, and applications for the 2017 term are now available. The application deadline is Sunday, October 9thfor a January '17- December '17 fellowship.Both Boston area nonprofits and professionals are encouraged to apply. Apply as a host organization, or apply as a fellow. Visit our website for additional information. Board Fellows places Net Impact members on nonprofit boards for a year-long fellowship as a non-voting, but participating board member. The program brings valuable business skills to nonprofits, while exposing fellows to nonprofit management and governance in practice. Net Impact Boston (NIB) is the Professional chapter of Net Impact, a global association formed to mobilize a new generation to use their careers to drive transformational change in their workplaces and the world. Our chapter includes Boston Area professionals who represent a variety of business sectors. Our members are committed to practicing and promoting the principles of social responsibility throughout the local community and beyond. We also work with Net Impact student chapters at various colleges and universities in the Greater Boston area.
