FRONT DESK RECEPTIONISTS - WELCOME AND GREET CLIENTS/VISITORS
The Center is open Monday through Friday
Three shifts are available 9:00 am-12:30 pm, 10:00am -3:00pm and 12:30 pm -4:30 pm
Volunteer opportunity for Receptionist for Monday or Thursday afternoon 12:30 PM -4:30 PM
Data Entry opportunity (Microsoft Access knowledge flexible schedule)
- Greet clients and visitors in our main lobby
- Assist with client and pantry services
- Answer incoming phone calls and retrieve messages
- General administrative tasks - copying/filing
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, not required
HOPE Outreach Center is committed to helping those in need. The Emergency Assistance program offers a hand to people who are unable to make ends meet due to job loss, disabilities, health crises and other emergencies.

Description
HOPE Outreach Center, Inc. is a not-for-profit 501c(3) community organization founded in 1995. The Davie-based center offers an immediate 'hand up' to people in the community who find themselves suddenly unable to make ends meet due to: job loss, disability, health crisis, and/or some other emergency circumstance. By providing emergent financial support, food and other educational and social services, HOPE Outreach Center often serves as the financial and emotional bridge that allows families in crisis to return to self-reliance and independence quickly and comfortably.
