Do you love history? Do you love visual and performing arts? Do you love to build your community and bring great people together to achieve amazing things? Perfect!
We are a nonprofit organization looking to make Spartanburg County home. We are working hard to create a working village that will replicate the 16th and 17th century Europe. This achievement will make a meaningful impact in our community by working together with schools and visitors who love reenactment festivals.
With all of your great personality and comittment to get this working village built and get the word out about screnfaire, and the new and exciting opportunities we will have to offer our community.
We are looking for a wide varity of energetic people who can assit in finding donors and grants to bring this amazing opportunity to life. We also are looking for those who would love to assist in fundraising. Absolutely NO experience is needed just lots of ideas and willingness to help.

Mission Statement
The Historical European Reenactment Organization is a non-profit organization putting on the SC Renaissance Faire to celebrate the history and culture of the Renaissance in Europe. We provide hands-on discovery of European's natural and cultural resources at our living village to help people develop an interest in learning and improve skills in math, science, history, social studies and the language arts, in a fun and creative environment. We serve the community through education and entertainment.
Description
We are creating a village that will reflect Europe in the 17th Century. The ultimate goal is to have a village that will allow people to take a step back in time and enjoy the lifestyle and entertainment's like no other.
