Passionate Health Care Professionals Needed for Free Community Flu and Hepatitis A Clinics

Hello,

My name is Andrew Gonzalez, Volunteer Coordinator for Champions for Health and lead on our Immunization Program. We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring everyone has access to healthcare and the only organization in San Diego that provides pro-bono surgical procedures to underserved San Diegan adults. In partnership with the County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency, we have been able to provide free immunizations to low-income areas for the past four years. Last year we vaccinated over 1,600 individuals and with your help we hope to protect even more.

I want to thank you for your interest to be part of our dream team and support our cause. We really can't do this without your expertise and dedication to the community. Below are the available flu/ Hepatitis A clinics that can still use health champions like you to assist. If you coming from a nursing association like American Red Cross, San Diego Black Nurses Association, or San Diego National Association of Hispanic Nurses please say so on the comment section when signing up.

The Health Promoter Role is someone who is passionate about public health. Being fluent is Spanish is a plus. They will assist with paperwork as well as interpret for nurses if needed.
