Here is a Volunteer Opportunity to join a new Volunteer Speakers Bureau of North Coast Community Homes called SPEAK UP!
Come to our introductory SPEAK UP! meeting at our main office on
Thursday, January 19 from 6 - 7 PM
SPEAK UP! is newly created to give Young Professionals and other interested volunteers opportunities to educate the public about the valuable work we do at NCCH!
North Coast Community Homes builds and maintains safe, comfortable, affordable, high quality homes for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness throughout Northeast Ohio. To date, we have over 200 homes and serve 1,000 residents in the following counties: Cuyahoga, Summit, Lake, Stark, Erie and Ottawa
NCCH will provide on-site, no-cost, public speaking training as we move forward towards identifying speaking opportunities that support our mission.

Description
North Coast Community Homes purchases and maintains homes for individuals who have developmental and mental disabilities and who are referred by the county Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities. The volunteer group -- North Coast Neighbors -- supports the mission of NCCH through education, advocacy, fundraising and hands-on volunteer projects.
