Service / Therapy Animal Volunteer
ORGANIZATION: NYSARC INC
Please visit the new page to apply.
At the Arc of Westchester, we try to find any way to connect with and help our individuals. One key way is through the use of a therapy or service animal. A service animal is any animal, usually a dog, that is trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a particular disability.
We are searching for anyone who has a therapy or service animal and would be interested in sharing some time with our individuals. We are very flexible in terms of time and availability and would be delighted to work with you on this endeavour. We have locations throughout Westchester County and would be happy to bring you on-board.
I look forward to hearing from you!
