The American Cancer Society in Madison, Wisconsin is looking for a volunteer as support to the fund development team to join our team. This role is a great opportunity to gain practical work experience in a fast paced work environment doing clerical work such as mailings and data-entry for raising funds for the mission. This position will report directly to the Directors of Philanthropy and Estate and Gift Planning and will work closely with the local team on projects focusing on creating and mailing campaign letters, surveys, mailings of other organizational materials or packages to constituents monthly, creating stories relevant to supporters, and helping with other campaigns.

The role requires a volunteer intern with some administrative, office and computer skills, looking forward to work for a national organization and has independent transportation to get to our office during the week. These tasks and projects cannot be executed remotely. While this is a volunteer role or an unpaid internship position, course credits can be arranged. Don't wait!
