The Asian Arts & Culture Center is a small, fast-paced multi-faceted arts and culture organization that carries out all aspects of typical museums and non-profit organizations with limited resources. The Asian Arts & Culture Center volunteers will assist the following areas:

Exhibitions & Curation: Prepare and install gallery exhibitions; Prepare object labels, exhibition brochures, and other interpretive materials; Conduct research and participate in the planning for future exhibitions; Conduct research on collection objects

Events and Programs; Assist in the planning and implementation of center events

Education and Interpretation: Participate in the planning and production of educational and interpretive components of the Center.

Social Media and Website: Assist with social media strategy and implementation

Marketing/Publicity: Assist with stategy and implementation marketing/publicity

Graphic Design: Produce designs for Center exhibitions, publicity, print materials, other collateral.

Membership: Strategy and implementation of Center's membership program.

Collections Management and Online Collection: Update collection database, object records, condition reports, movement records, object photographs; Compose summary descriptions of collections by donor, subject area, culture, material, etc.; Research, plan and implement collection conservation, care, and storage projects

Development: Strategize and implement fundraising plans such as researching possible grant opportunities; drafting grant proposals and budgets; assisting with fundraising events and endeavors; manage donor benefits
