Use your skills and experience to assist at the Community Options, Inc. day hab center serving individuals with developmental disabilities. We need volunteers to help with arts and crafts, reading, walking and talking with individuals, playing various games, discussing current events. Or, use your imagination. Do you have a skill for painting, can you entertain the individuals by singing, telling stories, or just spending time with them. No act of kindness is too small. These are loving, sweet people who deserve to be treated just like everybody else.Get to know them and you'll understand why they are so special.

Description
Community Options has participated in institutional closure and community residential placement for thousands of people across several states since 1989. We understand the fundamental importance of home as a physical and emotional support for people who want to live independently in community settings.
