Put your QA/Testing expertise to work for animal welfare and help America for Animals. In order for us to do the most good for animals, we need our apps to work as intended and be reliable. That's where you come in.

Some of the things you might get involved with:

• Work with Product Owner, Product Managers, and CTO to ensure testable requirements are generated
• Review Requirement Document and create test plans, scripts, test reports, etc
• Get us setup with functionality testing, performance testing, and monitoring
• Work in an agile development team to integrate testing into sprints
• Recommend corrective actions based on test results
• Be our advocate of product quality and help make sure we bring great products to market

QA experience, good communication, inter-personnel skills, and team co-ordination skills are required.

Qualified folks should be excited about animal welfare, be willing to learn, and have an eye for detail. This is an important role: Your contribution will make a big difference to the success of AFA and its potential to reduce animal suffering.

Please note that this is a volunteer position. AFA is an all-volunteer organization that brings together passionate, talented folks from across the country.
