There are three elements to our Walk Like MADD event at the Philadelphia Zoo on Sunday September 25th.
The third is commitment and in past years we have included a "Commitment Raffle" for fun baskets, where the only way to obtain tickets is by committing to volunteer on one or more service opportunities with MADD through the year.
We will include this fun activity again this year - but we need volunteers to create great baskets for us. They can contain anything, except alcohol.
Will you make a basket for us and drop off at the MADD PA State Office on September 20th or September 21st.

Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) has a new five year agenda to advance and achieve our mission and is dedicated to saving more lives and supporting more victims. This strategic direction moves us further down the road to fulfilling our ultimate goal: No More Victims.
Our new vision is a nation without drunk and drugged driving
Our new mission is to end drunk driving, help fight drugged driving, support the vicims of these violent crimes and prevent underage drinking.
To achieve this we need YOUR help, and that of many volunteers in the Greater Philadelphia area... and indeed across the nation.
Description
MADD was founded in 1980 by a small group of women who gathered together for one reason: each one had lost a child because of a drunk driver. Today, it is the largest crime victims' assistance organization in the world with more than 3 million members and supporters. MADD is more than just moms. It is also dads, students, victims and concerned citizens of all ages making a difference where we live and work.
