The American Cancer Society's Pennsylvania Chapter of CEOs Against Cancer is hosting Advancing the Breakthrough on Friday, September 30th. This exclusive event will be attended by top business and community leaders throughout Pennsylvania and we are looking for an accomplished student performer to play for our guests during their arrival and cocktail hour. Ideally we would like a violinist, cellist or other string instrument and would love someone with a large musical repertoire including classical songs as well as modern hits. Last year this fundraising event raised more than $700,000 to fund life-saving cancer research right here in Philadelphia! This year, our volunteers and donors hope to raise even more to continue funding innovative researchers make an impact in saving lives from cancer.
