Volunteer in Action

The VT Maker Festival is returning to the Northern Virginia Center on October 1, 2016. Our goal is for learners young and old to embrace the idea that "science is bigger than you think." Science is a way of knowing about everything - people, trends, living things, economics, how things move, what people buy, probabilities, stars, animals, history, memory, physics, and so much more. We hope that young learners especially will see college in their future and Virginia Tech in particular as the place to come to learn how to solve the problems of the world. The event is free for all attendees.

This is a great opportunity to serve your community, receive service hour credits, and make a difference.
