After School Group
A group of our middle school students with their Academic Coach

We are looking for volunteers who have a strong writing background, as well are interested in building a one-on-one relationship with one of our students. Personal Statement Coaches work with a high school senior one-on-one for four weeks. During your sessions, you will help a student develop, write, and edit their college essays.

This opportunity takes place every Wednesday from Aug. 31 to Sept. 28. Personal Statement Coaches who can attend all five sessions will be prioritized. There is 1 training session and 4 working sessions.

To sign up, please fill out our volunteer information form at http://firstgraduate.org/volunteer/ and email Sara at sbohannon@firstgraduate.org indicating that you are interested in becoming a personal statement coach.
