VITAS Innovative Hospice Care is seeking "musicians" to join their growing Hospice Volunteer Program. There are many opportunities to share the arts, culture and music with eachother and the world. This opportunity is no exception. This is an exciting new program for those who would be willing to provide music to our hospice patients and their caregivers in their home, a nursing home, assisted living facility, or our In-patient Hospice Unit at Saint Mary's Hospital. Training as a patient care hospice volunteer is required. Training is provided free of charge.

Volunteers are the heart of VITAS providing friendly, non-medical patient and family care and offering support services in the office, our patients homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes or in our In-Patient Hospice Unit in Waterbury, CT.
