ORGANIZATION: Loma Prieta Chapter of the Sierra Club

  • 11 people are interested

If you want to help protect the environment and you have the skills, experience and time, then this is a program where you can really make a difference. If interested, please send a resume and link to demo reel.

We especially need another cameraperson with camera package, lights and audio, and someone with motion graphics skills (like AfterEffects).

We are documenting local conservation heroes and volunteers, in San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties, to educated the public about environmental issues and effective strategies to protect the environment. The team creating these 30 - 60 second videos is lead by a professional video producer/writer/director who is also on the local Sierra Club Conservation Committee and a leader in the local anti-fracking movement.

The Sierra Club is the nation's largest and most influential grassroots environmental protection organization, founded in 1892 by John Muir, legendary conservationist and one of the fathers of our National Park System. The Loma Prieta Chapter is the local face, heart and hands of the Sierra Club.
