VOLUNTEER OFFICE RECEPTION. Do you enjoy meeting and greeting people in a friendly enrivonment? We have an opportunity to do so in our active Volunteer Office! Shifts are available between the hours of 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. weekdays. Flexible days and hours available. One day or more per week.
Duties include greeting people, answering phone, taking messages, logging errands and flower deliveries; projects as assigned, such as assembling packets for departments, photocopying, etc. Close working relationship with Director of Volunteer Services and office staff. Friendly environment. Computer familiarity with Word, Excel preferred, but not required. Training available for computer skills specific to the hospital. Pleasant demeanor, good phone skills, ability to interact with the public and other volunteers necessary.
