With celebrate! RVA, experience joy and celebration like you never have before. Our mission is simple: to give disadvantaged children a memorable birthday celebration in a safe and fun environment. We believe in the power of a birthday party and the impact it can have on a childs heart. Come celebrate alongside us, bringing all your enthusiasm to let our children know how cherished they are.
